The GDFR-800+G is a fully automatic single-line T-shirt bag making machine with an inline side gusset device, engineered for high-speed production of wide, long, and thick vest-handle bags. It runs HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT films up to 700mm wide at 250 pcs/min, with servo tension control and a patented hot-cut, hot-seal system.

Operating in fully automatic system includes automatic EPC deviation rectification control system, automatic speed and tension control by dancer cylinders system, and swing arm tension control unwinding system. Exclusive patent design of hot cutting and hot sealing method for several materials which includes HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and PBAT (biodegradable). Special design for big width, big length, and high thickness bags.

Manufacturing Process

Inline gusset T-shirt bag production — inflation, gusseting, hot sealing, die cut and folding

Unwinding

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Air Inflation

Inflates the tubular film to open side folds and prepare the web for gusset forming.

Gusset

Forms side gussets by folding the inflated film inward, adding depth to the bag body.

Hot Sealing & Hot Cutting

Heat-seals the bag body and cuts individual bags in one synchronized pass for clean, strong edges.

Die Cut

Punches the vest-style handle opening and trims the bag profile with a precision die.

Folding

Automatically stacks and folds finished bags for neat collection and downstream packing.
