The LFFD series is a high-speed bottom seal bag making machine built around a servo-driven flying-knife cut-off and dual-side wire sealing for strong, consistent seal lines. Spanning 1000–1600mm bag width across four models, it handles HDPE, LDPE, and FFS films for heavy-duty, large-format flat bags, with optional multi-line non-printing output and a non-overlapping seal-line feed system.

Performance and Features

The LFFD series uses a servo-driven flying-knife cut-off, so the knife is quick and easy to replace. Sealing is performed by two-sided heating wires to achieve a strong seal line, and the machine runs HDPE, LDPE, and FFS films. It supports multiple production lines for non-printing bags, and the bag-sending design provides a non-overlapping seal-line system (not included on the two-servo-motor series).
Options: surface-friction unwind with auto lift-up unit; twin servo film-feed motors for two-line printed bags; punch unit; V-type sealing; multi-row unwinder with lift-up unit for synchronous multi-roll feeding. Standard features include automatic tension control, an auto pneumatic lift-up unit, and an auto-stop system for film-out detection.
