1. Standard Machine Warranty
All Lingfeng bag making machines are supplied with a standard warranty period covering key mechanical and electrical components under normal operating conditions.
- Standard warranty period: 12 months after machine installation or shipment.
- Coverage includes manufacturing defects in mechanical components and electrical systems.
- Replacement parts for confirmed defects will be provided during the warranty period.
- Technical guidance and troubleshooting support are included.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as power instability, incorrect voltage connection, or unsuitable film material.
2. Installation Guidance and Operator Training
To ensure smooth production startup, we provide detailed installation guidance and training support.
- Remote installation and commissioning guidance by our engineering team, supported by step-by-step videos.
- Machine operation training for operators and technicians.
- Process setup assistance based on your bag specifications and film material (HDPE, LDPE, biodegradable PLA/PBAT, etc.).
- Maintenance and troubleshooting instructions.
On-site installation service may be arranged when required, depending on project scope and location.
