The GDFR-450X2+ED is a high-speed double-line T-shirt bag making machine with automatic EPC edge correction and twin independent servo drives, so each line's bag length is controlled separately. It runs HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT films at up to 300 pcs/min, with a "Rocking System" that keeps sealed bags from sticking.

The GDFR-450X2 is a double-line vest-handle T-shirt bag making machine — a newly designed, ultra-high-speed practical model. It runs a fully automatic workflow with automatic EPC edge correction, automatic speed and tension control via dancer cylinders, and a swing-arm tension-controlled unwinding unit. Its exclusive patented hot-cut and hot-seal system processes HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and biodegradable PBAT films.

Double independent servo-driven bag feeding motors are easy to control production length of each line.
Equipped the multi auto alarms with automatic stop design.
Built-in multi-language system including Chines, English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and Turkish.
Patent design cutting and sealing knife for HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and PBAT (biodegradable) materials.
The whole pile of bags has the "Rocking System", which would not make each bag’s sealing stick together.
