The GDFR-1100+G+S is a fully automatic three-line T-shirt bag making machine with inline hot slitting and a side gusset unit. It splits a single jumbo roll into multiple lines for high-output production of gusseted vest-handle bags, running HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT films at up to 250 pcs/min per cycle.

Manufacturing Process

Unwinding

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Hot Slitting

Slits a wide jumbo roll into multiple narrow lanes inline before bag forming begins.

Air Inflation

Inflates the tubular film to open side folds and prepare the web for gusset forming.

Gusset

Forms side gussets by folding the inflated film inward, adding depth to the bag body.

Hot Sealing & Hot Cutting

Heat-seals the bag body and cuts individual bags in one synchronized pass for clean, strong edges.

Die Cut

Punches the vest-style handle opening and trims the bag profile with a precision die.

Folding

Automatically stacks and folds finished bags for neat collection and downstream packing.
