This GDFR-400/450/500/600X2 double-line biodegradable bag making machine is built for PLA and PBAT compostable films as well as HDPE and LDPE. Independent servo drives control each line's bag length, and the patented hot-cut, hot-seal knife is specifically designed for biodegradable films that otherwise stick to the blade — running at up to 300 pcs/min across four width options.

This is a double-line vest-handle T-shirt bag making machine — a newly designed, ultra-high-speed practical model built for biodegradable production. Its exclusive patented hot-cut and hot-seal system processes HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and biodegradable PBAT films, and four bag-width models cover a wide range of bag sizes. The fully automatic workflow includes per-line servo feeding and cylinder-brake tension control on the unwind.
