The GDFR-800/1000+G+S is a fully automatic double-line plastic carry bag making machine that slits a jumbo roll into two lines with an inline side gusset. With EPC edge correction and automatic speed and tension control, it produces gusseted vest-handle carry bags in HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT at up to 250 pcs/min.

The GDFR-800/1000+G+S is a double-line vest-handle T-shirt bag making machine that slits one jumbo roll into two lines with an inline side gusset. It runs a fully automatic workflow with automatic EPC edge correction, automatic speed and tension control via dancer cylinders, and a swing-arm, servo-boosted unwinding unit. Its exclusive patented hot-cut and hot-seal system handles HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and biodegradable PBAT films.

Hot Sealing & Hot Cutting

Heat-seals the bag body and cuts individual bags in one synchronized pass for clean, strong edges.

Die Cut

Punches the vest-style handle opening and trims the bag profile with a precision die.

Folding

Automatically stacks and folds finished bags for neat collection and downstream packing.
