The LFFD-1600+G+S is a multi-line bottom seal bag making machine that slits one wide jumbo roll into multiple lines inline, adds side gussets, and double-folds long bags automatically. A servo-driven flying knife and dual-side wire sealing deliver strong seals across HDPE, LDPE, and FFS films — configurable as one 1500mm web or split into 2–3 narrower lines.

Performance and Features

The LFFD-1600+G+S uses a servo-driven flying-knife cut-off for quick knife replacement, with two-sided heating-wire sealing for a strong seal line on HDPE, LDPE, and FFS films. A built-in inline hot-slitting unit splits a large jumbo roll into multiple lines, an inline side-gusset device runs under automatic tension and speed control, and an automatic folding unit double-folds large, long bags.
Options: surface-friction unwind with auto lift-up unit; punch unit; V-type sealing; multi-row unwinder with lift-up unit for synchronous multi-roll feeding. Standard features include automatic tension control, an auto pneumatic lift-up unit, and an auto-stop system for film-out detection.
