Performance and Features

2 lines fingers handle bottom seal bag by hot sealing and cold cutting method in tensionless servo driving system. New designed back and front four servo feeding motors to reach of practical type tensionless handle bag making machine. Operating in fully automatic system includes automatic EPC deviation rectification control system, automatic speed and tension control by dancer cylinders system, and swing arm tension control unwinding system. Independent pressure control hot sealing method for several materials which includes HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and PBAT (biodegradable). Cold cutting knife independently design of each line to reach clear cut finish. Double auto tensionless sealing control servo-driven bag feeding motors in the front and back are easy to control production in no-tension sealing. Each line has two servo motor, total four servo motors of bag feeding driving.

Equipped the multi auto alarms with automatic stop design.
