LDFP-450X2TS Full Automatic Double-Line Tensionless Bottom Seal Bag Making Machine

The LDFP-450X2TS is a double-line tensionless bottom seal bag making machine using a hot-seal, cold-cut method under full servo control. Four servo feed motors (two per line, front and back) hold the film tension-free at the seal point for stronger seams, while independent cold-cut knives give a clean finish. It runs HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT at up to 180 pcs/min.

Performance and Features

The LDFP-450X2TS makes two-line fingers-handle bottom seal bags by a hot-sealing, cold-cutting method in a tensionless servo drive system. Front-and-back four-servo feeding holds the film tension-free at the seal, giving a stronger, cleaner seam. The fully automatic workflow includes automatic EPC edge correction, automatic speed and tension control via dancer cylinders, and a swing-arm tension-controlled unwind. Independent pressure-controlled hot sealing handles HDPE, LDPE, PLA, and biodegradable PBAT, and each line's cold-cut knife is independently designed for a clean cut.
