LDF-1000 Double-Layers Plastic Bag Cutting and Sealing Making Machine

The LDFP-450X2TS is a double-line tensionless bottom seal bag making machine using a hot-seal, cold-cut method under full servo control. Four servo feed motors (two per line, front and back) hold the film tension-free at the seal point for stronger seams, while independent cold-cut knives give a clean finish. It runs HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable PLA/PBAT at up to 180 pcs/min.

Performance and Features

The LDF-1000 is a double-layers bottom seal bag making machine using hot-sealing and cold-cutting, built for big, long, and thick bags in HDPE and LDPE up to 0.15mm. Independent up-and-down sealing knives and a turnover twist copper knife allow single or double seals, fed by an independent unwind with gear-brake (optional cylinder brake) and an aluminum-framed counting conveyor.

Independent upper and lower two-layer hot-sealing knives for HDPE and LDPE films.
