The LDF-600+TS+LH is an automatic bottom-sealing bag making machine with heat-softened soft loop handles, built for premium HDPE/LDPE packaging — beverage, garment, shoe-box, and boutique bags. A patented heat-sealing blade gives strong, clean, high-end seals, while servo-controlled tensionless sealing and a servo flying-knife cut deliver stable, premium output via a Taiwan Weinview touchscreen.

Manufacturing Process

Soft loop handle bottom seal bag — unwinding, sealing and handle attachment

Unwinding

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Sealing & Cold Cutting

Hot-seals the bag bottom then cold-cuts through thick film without deforming the seal.

Soft Loop Handle

Attaches a heat-softened soft loop handle strip to the bag top for premium retail carry bags.
