This machine is hot sealing and perforation for bag rewinding with core, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. The material of bag is LDPE, HDPE and recycle materials. Designed for bag-on-roll bags with paper or PVC core production. With automatic roll changer to reach non-stop bag on roll change. High speed bottom sealing machine with perforation and paper core rewind. Maximum speed up to 350pcs/min each line.

Fixed distance between sealing and perforation, no adjustments required.
Fully automatic core changing system.
A, B lines are separately controlled to minimize wastage.
Tension control by air; no tension at the sealing point therefore enhances sealing strength and quality.

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Bottom-seals each bag and adds perforation between bags for roll or coreless formats.

Rewinding

Winds perforated bags onto paper or PVC cores with controlled tension and uniform roll geometry.
