Performance and Features

This machine is hot sealing and perforation for bag rewinding with core, which are suit for flat bottom seal bag and t-shirt bag making. Photocell applied for printed and non-print film. Designed for bag-on-roll bags with paper or PVC core production. With automatic roll changer to reach non-stop bag on roll change. High speed bottom sealing machine with perforation and paper core rewind.

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Sealing & Perforation

Bottom-seals each bag and adds perforation between bags for roll or coreless formats.

T-Shirt Cut

Die-cuts the vest-handle profile on the roll web before rewinding for T-shirt bags on roll.

Rewinding

Winds perforated bags onto paper or PVC cores with controlled tension and uniform roll geometry.
