Performance and Features

Designed for producing star sealing T-shirt bag on roll and rolling star sealing flat bag. Special independent double channels design. Newly designed curved type sealing knife system work with bottom sealed or double sealed bags. High speed, perforated & printed bag on roll making machine employs a synchronic transmission using servo motor control system to provide stable production speeds. Sealing and perforation knives move simultaneously. Produces star seal bags, garbage bags, vegetable bags, table covers, and laundry bags.

Manufacturing Process

T-shirt bag on roll — seal, perforate, t-shirt cut and rewind

Unwinding

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Sealing & Perforation

Bottom-seals each bag and adds perforation between bags for roll or coreless formats.

T-Shirt Cut

Die-cuts the vest-handle profile on the roll web before rewinding for T-shirt bags on roll.

Rewinding

Winds perforated bags onto paper or PVC cores with controlled tension and uniform roll geometry.
