Performance and Features

Designed for producing star sealing flat bag on roll. Double lines and high speed ono-stretch sealing and perforating. Independent roll changes for each line. Automatic labeling device applied after rewinding. Non-tension design sealing knife system work with bottom sealed. High speed, perforated & printed bag on roll making machine employs a synchronic transmission using servo motor control system to provide stable production speeds. Sealing and perforation knives move simultaneously. Produces star seal bags, garbage bags, vegetable bags, table covers, and laundry bags.

Unwinding

Feeds jumbo film from the unwind stand with tension control and EPC tracking for stable, wrinkle-free material supply.

Rewinding

Winds perforated bags onto paper or PVC cores with controlled tension and uniform roll geometry.
